Round 2: Show with Gestures
Silent communication at its finest
How This Round Works
Round 2 is the charades round. You can only use gestures and body language - absolutely no sounds or words. The same words from Round 1 come back, so your team has already heard them once. Use the associations from Round 1 to trigger memories! Act out what you described earlier.
Rules
- Use only body language and gestures
- No sounds, humming, or lip movements allowed
- Cannot point at objects in the room or use props
- Cannot write or draw in the air
Tips & Tricks
Act out your Round 1 explanation - mime what you said before to trigger the memory
Establish hand signals with your team (e.g., book gesture for 'book', circling hands for 'movie')
Break compound words into parts and act each separately
Use facial expressions - they're incredibly powerful for conveying emotions
Show the action, not the object - run for 'runner', swim for 'pool'
Use size indicators - show big/small with your hands before acting
