Round 3: One Word Only
One word to trigger the memory
How This Round Works
The ultimate challenge! You can only say ONE word as your clue. By now, your team has heard and seen every word twice - once in Round 1 (verbal) and once in Round 2 (gestures). Your single word needs to trigger the right memory. Choose wisely!
Rules
- Say only ONE word per card
- Cannot use the word itself or any word with the same root
- Once you say your word, wait for guesses - no additional sounds or gestures
- Can pass and return to difficult words if time allows
Tips & Tricks
Use words from your Round 1 explanation - trigger the memory of what you said
Pick the most distinctive word you used earlier - the one that stood out
Antonyms work great - say 'cold' for 'hot', 'dark' for 'light'
Use rhymes or phonetic hints when appropriate
Think about what your team will remember most from earlier rounds
Speed matters - quick, confident delivery helps your team respond faster
